Builds, remodels, or develops land commercially or residentially that pulls 50 or more new construction permits per year in the Des Moines Metro.

For employees of current Builder or Associate Members; The employee receives an individual membership in NAHB, including all benefits, notifications, and mailings, and will be listed in the HBA of Greater Des Moines annual membership directory.

Professional Women in Building Council $100 one time

The PWB is a specialized group that hosts additional education, social, and community events. They also raise money for scholarships in the skilled trades.

Remodelers Council $95 one time

The RC is a specialized group that hosts additional education and social events centered around remodeling.
