 With over 10 years of audio/video integration experience under my belt prior to the past 4 years spent in sales and design, I am capable of providing very accurate and honest designs for my clients to consider. By combining my years of installation experience with a very straight forward and genuine sales approach, I offer a level of customer service that can be difficult to find in my industry.
 I have no skills at all in the art of persuasion and no interest in "selling" anything. I simply listen to my customer's needs, educate them on what options and technology are available, and provide them with the LINE ITEM DETAILED PRICING AND PRODUCT DATA they need to make an informed buying decision.
      

Williams Remodeling is a full service remodeling company dedicated to quality service and full customer satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience, owner Joe Williams has completed a wide range of projects including everything from basic remodeling to custom creations and designs. His specialties include custom tile work, lighting, cabinetry, and various design elements. Many other builders subcontract a large portion of their work, but with Williams Remodeling, the owner is on-site doing most of the work with his own hands. That presence allows the homeowner easy access to the contractor if there are any questions or concerns during the project.

I am a graduate of The University of Northern Iowa and have been in the insurance industry since 2002. I am a commercial insurance specialist with 18 years of experience focusing primarily on small to mid-size family operated businesses. I  hold several professional designations including CLU and LUTCF. I follow a structured approach to evaluating business risk that is first built on a trusting relationship.
