I believe you'll find that what sets me apart is that I listen to your wants and needs before I begin making recommendations. In a few of my past jobs, we were taught, "The Customer is always right." Agreed.
However, whether you're looking to buy, sell, build, or invest, in my career, I study the daily market trends, know the buyer-to-seller ratio, and know whether we are in a buyer or seller market. I stay on top of interest rates, down payment assistance, and trends in lending. Six years into my career, I'm experiencing repeat and referral business. Nora is the founder and CEO of Stagerie (www.stagerie.com), a national staging platform initially focused on helping occupied homes prepare for being listed on the market. Nora is now working on expanding Stagerie into vacant staging as well.  

Nora started her career in corporate IT, and was responsible for all aspects of software development and implementation, focusing on large scale projects with warehousing, shipping, and manufacturing systems. 

In 2015, Nora changed course, becoming a full-time residential realtor. She built a real estate team (www.homesweetdesmoines.com, brokered by Realty ONE Group Impact). She realized two things in her business:
1- Staging a home makes a HUGE difference in how quickly it sells (and for how much)
2- Nora stinks at staging. 

This was the inspiration behind Nora building Stagerie: she built a system to solve her own problem.  

I was a small custom home builder in the Des Moines Metro area. I love thinking outside the box, designing my own plans and working with buyers to make their new home dreams come true. I have over 30 years of experience in the New Construction and real estate business as well as working as a contractor for my father as a teen hanging wall paper & drywall. I am a passionate advocate for the skilled trades and especially for Women!
I am also a passionate REALTOR and a New Construction Specialist with over 15 years of experience.

My Goals are to build the best homes, provide an amazing experience for my owners and help children and women of the future see that skilled trades jobs are available to them and are based on skills learned not gender!
