About Kerry White:
HomeQuest Properties, INC/ Paran Homes

Kerry White is the CEO of HomeQuest Properties which is a residential home building company and New Homes Advisors which is a real estate brokerage company that specializes in new home sales. In addition to owning both companies, she is also the sales manager of Paran Homes, one of the largest residential builders in Atlanta. Kerry has been in the real estate industry for about 20 years; majority of that time has been in the new construction sector. She began my journey in new construction as onsite agent with Morris and Raper. Kerry is currently in the process of building my first project in Covington, GA along with my husband of 25 years, Ken White. Kerry is on the executive board member of the Atlanta Homebuilder Association, PWB, a board trustee for the National PWB, and a mentor of three female that are pursing careers or degrees in Construction Management. Kerry is an awarding winning sales manager who has developed award winning teams with annual sales of a little under 700 homes with an average of only 12 communities. She is the recipient of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Associations Sales and Marketing Council’s 2015 Obie awards for “Salesperson of the Year” as well as the 2017 Obie for “Sales Manager of the Year.” On a personal note, Kerry and her husband are both graduates of Georgia State University where their son (Ken)and daughter (Kyrsten) are currently attending school. Kerry is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is also currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Howard University.
